- If your cart is including a single reservation, seats will be at your disposal for:
- 24 hours unless you find a different indication on the confirmation page
- within the time limits showed onto the confirmation page for Teatro alla Scala
- 10 minutes for bookings placed the same day the performances take place.
- If your cart is including 2 or more reservations, seats will be at your disposal for:
- 1 hour, unless you find a different indication on the cart summary page
- 10 minutes for bookings placed the same day the performances take place.
Once the specified time limit has expired, your reservations will be automatically cancelled and all of the seats will be put back on sale. |

Please remember that every Promoter can withdraw available seats from Vivaticket online sale system completely autonomously, without any intervention by Charta srl. If there are any unpaid reservations at the time of withdrawal, it will not be possible to retrieve them, even though the time limit may not have expired. |
