3. The person concerned has the right to have:

   2. cancellation, changing into an anonymous form or a block on details treated in violation of the law including those for which the storing is not necessary in relation to the aims for which the details were collected or afterwards treated;
   3. declaration that the operations in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also regarding their content, of those to whom the details were transmitted or spread, except if such fulfilment proves to be impossible or involves a disproportionate use of means in comparison to the right protected.
4. The person concerned has the right to fully or partially oppose:
   1. the treatment of personal details about them even though they are pertinent to the aim of collection, for valid reasons;
